What Does a Communications Architect Actually Do?

If you’ve ever tried to explain what kind of help you actually need with your communications, you probably feel like the words don’t quite exist yet. Consultant sounds too broad, and coach doesn’t cover helping develop a plan. You might think marketing, but that doesn’t address what happens after someone becomes a client. So, I’d like to share what I actually do and why I call myself a communications architect.
